"Who knows where which mould is?" When asked this question, HASCO customers can now stay calm. It does not matter whether a moulding tool has just been loaned to someone or taken to a different location or a new shelf. The update of the HASCO Loc Check A5900/… makes it possible, at any time, to track easily and quickly the location of an injection moulding tool – worldwide, wherever a mobile phone network is available.
Modified Web interface with geofencing
With GSM tracking (4G), the position is called up via an easy-to-operate and now modified Web interface with geofencing. A GNSS (GPS) module can now, if required, track the location to a distance of within 10 metres. The improved front-end makes operation easier, and a light sensor protects against hardware manipulation. Maximum data security is guaranteed through the use of certified servers.
Additional features
One charge of the new Li-polymer battery is capable of up to 3,500 transmission cycles and thus – depending on the number of transmissions – gives an operating time of around three years. With a magnetic holder, the Loc Check A5900/... can be easily mounted directly on the mould.
Because the transmitter can be used at a temperature of up to 120 °C, flexible attachment to suitable free surfaces is possible. Sensors for temperature and moisture ensure even greater operating reliability. The new HASCO Loc Check A5900/… now also has a 3-axle gyroscope, which is used as a counter for the number of cycles.
