Borealis is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with Tegral Materials, a member of the Vinmar Group, to expand the availability of its polyolefins in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The agreement includes Borealis’ complete portfolio in polyolefin (polyethylene and polypropylene) solutions for the key markets of Flexible and Rigid Consumer Packaging.
Tegral Materials B.V., is a leading distributor of plastic materials solutions across Europe. Drawing on the extensive experience of the Vinmar Group organization, Tegral is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to meet the evolving needs of its partners. Together, the partners will leverage these strengths to enhance customers’ access to Borealis’ high-performance solutions. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment by Borealis and Tegral Materials to delivering value-adding services and solutions while also promoting sustainable practices within the industry.
The agreement took effect on February 1st, 2025.
