How ENGEL can help a customer now and, in the future
The day will begin with a global as well as UK service update. ENGEL experts are available 24/7 for round the clock support, whether on-site or online. The company will present the service structure and how they can offer reactive, preventive and ultimately predictive maintenance for customers’s injection moulding machines.
Visitors will then learn about ENGEL’s digitalisation strategy, and how this is perfectly aligned with the life cycle of polymer products. ENGEL digital service solutions mean higher machine availability, less waste and the ability to minimise unplanned maintenance incidents.
Customer Live Stream
There will be a live stream from a customer machine so visitors can see ENGEL iQ digital suite of products in action. The company will also demonstrate a simulated service request from the customer to the 24/7 hotline. This will give visitors the opportunity to see the whole procedure from start to finish, and how smoothly the help procedure is.
In-Depth Presentations
The Austrian machine builder wants to take the opportunity to show visitors as much as it can during the day. Also on the agenda will be looking at e-connect customer portal, the platform for the entire injection moulding production.
With e-connect customers will be able to measure their production targets via configurable online dashboards, keep an eye on operating times, downtimes, causes of failure, cycle times or production progress.
ENGEL will demonstrate the shopfloor monitoring tool which analyses production data retrospectively and can recognise the optimisation potential at a touch of a button.
Round Table Discussions
In the ENGEL demonstration room there will also be the opportunity to talk to the experts one-one with questions visitors may have on supplies, training and any of ENGEL digital products.
