This first build represents a major step forward for Rosti India and demonstrates the strength of One Rosti – a global team working seamlessly across borders to deliver complex manufacturing solutions with precision and efficiency.
The project involved intricate assembly, comprising more than 100 plastic components and over 200 additional parts including including PCBA, motors, and optical sensors. The build demanded a high level of coordination across design, engineering, and production teams from multiple Rosti sites.
Teams from Suzhou and India worked closely to redesign and optimise key components, enhancing both reliability and manufacturability. The first build met all functional testing requirements and delivered valuable insights to support the next stages of production.
This achievement was made possible through outstanding teamwork across global functions – from engineering and project management to operations and quality. It reflects the shared commitment within Rosti to deliver consistent excellence and technical capability across the globe.
With this milestone successfully achieved, the next phase will see further assembly trials taking place later this year using fully Rosti-manufactured parts. Preparations are also well underway for full production from January 2026, aligning with the official opening of the new Rosti India injection molding facility.
This marks a proud moment for the Rosti India team and for the wider Group as the company continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its capacity to serve customers worldwide.
