Core Products Driving Market Growth
FCS’s flagship SA Series - Outward Toggle Injection Molding Machines demonstrated strong momentum throughout 2025. Focused on large-tonnage and high-speed applications, the SA Series achieved outstanding performance in automotive components, logistics pallets, construction piping, and packaging industries. Annual group orders reached nearly 300 units, reflecting strong market recognition of stability and molding efficiency. The SA Series was also honored with the "Taiwan Excellence Award" ,reinforcing FCS’s position in the mid- to large-tonnage injection molding segment.
In overseas markets, the CT Series - All-Electric Injection Molding Machines became a key pillar of FCS’s European strategy. Making their European debut at K Show in Germany, the CT Series showcased high-precision, stable, and intelligent molding capabilities through live demonstrations. In parallel, FCS demonstrated molding applications using recycled fishing nets, translating the concept of circular materials and precision molding into proven manufacturing results.
Process Technologies Accelerating Adoption
In 2025, FCS also delivered strong results in process application technologies.
• The FB-R Series - 5th-Generation Two-Component Injection Molding Machine features comprehensive upgrades that enhance product precision while achieving up to 10% energy savings, earning the 2025 Ringier Technology Innovation Award. Backed by more than 41 years of experience in two-component molding, FCS continues to support customers across transportation, electronics, medical, and packaging industries.
• The MuCell® microcellular foaming solution experienced significant growth as demand for physical foaming in footwear increased rapidly. Beyond footwear, MuCell applications expanded into Vietnam and other overseas markets, covering electronics, automotive, medical, and home appliance sectors. To date, cumulative sales have reached 55 systems, reinforcing MuCell’s role in lightweight and energy-efficient manufacturing.
Data-driven low-carbon transformation of industries
FCS further expanded real-world deployment of its iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing system in 2025. Through machine connectivity and integrated intelligent modules, iMF 4.0 enables real-time energy monitoring, carbon footprint tracking, and process optimization. More than 500 injection molding machines worldwide are now connected to the platform, driving cumulative revenue to exceed NTD 40 million.
Global Presence Supporting Fast Delivery
In addition to its five major manufacturing plants, FCS continued to strengthen its global network across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. The establishment of a subsidiary in Brazil marked a key milestone in South American market development. To meet growing demand for shorter lead times, FCS also launched the "Ready-to-Ship Machines" section on its website, helping customers accelerate procurement and time to production.
