Proven technologies, continuous evolution
With nearly 300 CCM machines installed in Latin America – over 90 in Brazil – SACMI reaffirms its leadership in the production of one-piece caps using compression technology. The latest range developments focus on process stability, reduced consumption and digital integration.
Alongside CCM solutions for caps, the IPS platform for PET preforms continues to grow in the Latin American market, with over 25 presses installed in the region, 12 of them in Brazil. A result that confirms the range’s reliability and its position at the forefront of the market.
Evolved sensor technology, process control
Among the innovations presented at the fair is Smart Pack 2.0: the new digital suite integrated in SACMI presses for monitoring and optimising production parameters. A tool designed to simplify operational management, support operators, increase quality and product continuity. Vision systems and process control systems are also playing an increasingly central role in SACMI’s offering. Thanks to the integration of Artificial Intelligence algorithms, checks on caps and preforms become simpler and more accurate, automatic and predictive, with concrete benefits on efficiency and line management.

Reducing the consumption of virgin raw material without compromising quality, productivity and consumer experience is the advantage of SACMI's approach, thanks to its extensive product, material and technology expertise. Also on the plant side, unique technologies such as the CM-Flow extruder on CCM presses help to reduce consumption and footprint, while increasing speeds and maintaining high production standards.
