Moretto achieved great success at the 25th edition of Fakuma fair, held from 17th to 21st October in Friedrichshafen (Germany).

Moretto, technological excellence in the automation for plastics transformation, exposed a variety of high technological products adapted to all stages of plastic processing. The high-tech format stand involved as a set of machines, videos, digital workstations, interactive screens and technical staff ready to give answers and concrete solutions to an increasingly demanding market.
Fakuma has been a big occasion to introduce a revolutionary system for polymers drying process control: Moisture Meter Manager. Moisture Meter Manager is able to automatically control the humidity level during all the polymers drying process, assuring extraordinary levels of energy efficiency and production certification.
A unique world solution born form more than 25 years of studies and research: thanks to its double control, at the hopper inlet and outlet, it manages the dryer working conditions in order to maximize the process performance in terms of energy efficiency and quality certification. The adaptability and the total automation of this system fully embody in the 4.0 Project of Smart Factory.
In addition to Moisture Meter Manager, Moretto also developed other solutions like XMAX, FLOWMATIK and OTX, able to assure unique performance in terms of precision, quality and consumption savings.
The Moretto solutions that were available at Fakuma 2017 for "feeding" are: ONE WIRE 6, DOLPHIN MANIFOLD and KRUISE KONTROL.
From the materials arrival, these products coordinate the entire transport process perfectly integrating it with the customer network, providing solutions that independently manage these activities.
GRAVIX and GRAMIXO are the most innovative dosing systems proposed by Moretto, machines designed to achieve extremely accurate dosage (0,01%) and to be integrated with the customer network, in order to enable the remote control of the system and to do production statistics, consumption and costs.
The gravimetric doser GRAVIX represents perfection in gravimetric batch dosing, both for the exclusive solutions and the quality of materials that make it suitable for any application.

At Fakuma 2017 an entire stand area was dedicated to the integrated supervision system MOWIS (Moretto Object Windows Integrated Supervisor). Inside a real "control room", the customer could simulate his supervising system using digital workstations and interactive screens. MOWIS is an integrated, self-configurable supervising system that perfectly connects machines. In this manner, the absolute integrated control of the process can be performed from both on-site and remote position.
