The new ECOflow hot runner system series by HRSflow, a division of INglass Spa headquartered in San Polo di Piave near Venice (Italy), is almost ready for dispatch from the company’s production plant at Hangzhou (China). This innovative solution provides numerous advantages to plastic processors.

The system can be qualified as a green one due to a large reduction of power consumption it provides. Overall system dimensions are reduced, thus manifold volume and weight are cut by up to 1/3, resulting in a higher energy efficiency. Another benefit of the smaller size is less time needed for getting to a stationary and uniform running mode.

Overall, ECOflow hot runners allow for decreasing power demand by 25% on the average. This remarkable result is no wonder for professionals who are familiar with the firm commitment of HRSflow to ensuring temperature stability and energy economy.

This commitment drove once again the development of a new HRSflow product line with reduced power consumption being the key selling point.

Every single hot runner system produced by HRSflow goes through a complete thermal simulation. The resulting actual nozzle and manifold geometry matches the simulation in the most precise way.
