The latter is SACMI Computer Vision's proprietary platform for automatic defect classification using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Thanks to the distinctive skills of its Laboratory (certified by global brand owners), SACMI accompanies its customers towards the new international standards, such as the 26/22 mm neck-capsule format, offering the widest range of tethered capsules available on the market today.
CCM and IPS: efficiency, precision, control
The latest evolution of SACMI's CCM (Continuous Compression Moulding) technology features integrated advanced controls and the CM-Flow extruder, which reduces space and energy consumption while maintaining high quality standards. Almost 80 CCMs installed in Mexico and over 300 in Latin America testify to the soundness of this proposal.
Available on the entire new generation CCM range are SACMI Smart Care and Smart Pack digital controls, forin-Cloud analysis of machine data and predictive maintenance management. A further added value of the proposal is the winning combination with the IPS (Injection Preform System) preform press, rewarded by the market with over 25 units installed in Mexico and Latin America. Integrated with the PVS 156 system, the IPS system performs fast and accurate process controls using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
