A two-component injection moulding machine ALLROUNDER 902 S with an innovative 32-cavity cube mould produces in just 10 seconds cycle time 32 closures for 5-gallon water bottles.

The material throughput reaches more than 120 kg/h. Mould filling, cooling phase and part demoulding are carried out simultaneously. Mould functions like the servo-electric rotating are completely integrated into the hydraulic injection moulding machine. Compared to conventional moulds the cube-mould technology offers more cavities at the same clamping area.
